The firm
Maître Mouad Lahfaia, lawyer at the Rabat Bar
An independent law firm based in Agdal, standing alongside individuals and businesses before the courts and public authorities of Morocco.

Background and commitment
A lawyer in Rabat, where business law meets personal law
Maître Mouad Lahfaia is a lawyer registered with the Rabat Bar. He founded Maître Lahfaia Law Firm out of a conviction: the law should be accessible, clearly explained and put to work for practical solutions. The firm handles both advisory and litigation matters for business owners, companies, individuals and Moroccans living abroad. He also assists clients in arbitration and mediation, from drafting the arbitration clause through to enforcement of the award.
His practice covers business and company law, commercial law and debt recovery, family law, civil and property law, administrative law, employment law and white-collar criminal law. This breadth, backed by a rigorous method, makes it possible to handle cases that often span several branches of law: a separation affecting a family business, a commercial dispute that turns criminal, a property project facing the authorities.
