Data collected

The contact form collects your name, your phone number, your email address (optional), the area of law concerned and the content of your message. This data is sent to the firm by email and is not stored on the website.

Online booking

Online booking records your name, phone number, your e-mail if given, the subject of the consultation, the chosen time and your message, together with the date of your consent. This information is used only to manage the appointment; a request that does not lead to an appointment is deleted after six months.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to arrange an appointment. Processing is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest of the firm in responding to the enquiries it receives.

Professional secrecy

All information disclosed to a lawyer is covered by professional secrecy (Law No. 66-23). The firm does not share your data with any third party, except where required by law.

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to process your request and, if a case is opened, for the statutory retention period applicable to a lawyer's files.

Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object, which you may exercise by email at cabinetlahfaia@gmail.com. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use any advertising tracking cookies. The interactive map is provided by Google Maps, whose display may result in data being collected by Google under its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
